1 To file this complaint online, first you have to go to the National Voter Service Portal (NVSP) https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
2 Now you have to click on ‘Register Complaint’ or ‘Share Suggestion’ in the second step.
3 Now you have to create your account here.
4 If you already have an account here, log in again.
5 Now you can submit your complaint here.
You tell the Booth Level Officer
Once you have filed the complaint, meet the Booth Level Officer (BLO) of your area. Submit Form 6 to the officer. In this, you will have to provide your passport size photo and some documents. After that, your name will be included in the voter list again.

Then you have to download the new Form No. 7 from the Election Commission website. After that, you have to go to the Booth Level Officer and submit that form.
